Direct real estate investments involve actually owning and managing properties. Indirect real estate involves investing in pooled vehicles that rehab, flip, and wholesale properties, such as The Big Picture Group.
There are definitely advantages to investing with a group, low amount required to invest, more education and collaboration and access to properties that you might not ever have otherwise. Plus you can control the risk of tying your money up for several years, we control the projects that we accept as a group keeping the process moving to completion.
We will analyze each opportunity to see if it fits our criteria before we commit to any project. The Big Picture LLC will manage the project flow and adjust to stay on budget and on schedule.
Time is money so we plan to get in and out of a project as quickly as possible. The Big Picture standard is to receive a minimum of 10% return per annum per investment.

To support this, we host monthly meetings in Chesterfield, which are also broadcast on Zoom and recorded for later viewing in our library.
